Professional training and continuing education of employees

Due to a broad range of professional training and continuing education offerings for employees, for example executive training programmes, character development and the promotion of professional and social competence, we establish a framework conducive to employees assuming responsibility for their own career development.

We consider professional training and continuing education to be an investment in the human capital of our company. For this reason, the training and course offerings are being continually expanded.
